Capacity: 60,000 USGPD (227 m3/d),
Description: 1X 60,000 USGPD seawater reverse osmosis train (Model # 60S)
Commissioning Date: December, 2015
Project Overview
ISI Water was contracted to supply a 60,000 US gallon per day (227 m3/d) SWRO system for supply of potable water to the marina at Chub Cay in the Bahamas. ISI Water supplied the RO skid and feed pump which draws from a pre-existing seawater well.
The SWRO System
The reverse osmosis system features a FEDCO MSS high pressure pump, FEDCO HPBe (turbo) energy recovery device, Danfoss Aquadrive VFD for the high pressure pump and Protec 1000 psi pressure vessels. The plant is fully automated with an OPTO22 control system designed, built and programmed by ISI Water including a touchscreen HMI on the skid.
